Ordering Policy

• All orders must be confirmed with full payment before processing.
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
• Customized gift & bridal packages require 2–4 days preparation time.
• Wholesale orders are processed based on quantity and availability.

Delivery Policy

Days for delivery: Thursdays & Saturdays

• Delivery is available at a fee based on your location.
• Please ensure your contact is reachable at the time of delivery.
• Failed deliveries (unreachable customer) will require a new delivery fee for redelivery.
• Nuit by Konadu is not responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability.

Pickup Policy

Location: Ashalaja - Police Farm

• Pickup is strictly by prior arrangement.
• Available on Saturdays only.
• Only fully paid orders will be available for pickup.

Cancellation Policy

• All sales are final.
• No refunds after payment has been made.
• Changes to orders must be communicated within 12 hours of payment.
